Absolutely make sure that you reserve a VIP ticket. At first, we were directed to the standard ticket line and the employees were constantly yelling at patrons and it was absolute chaos. Once the employees realized we had been directed to the wrong area and were sent to the VIP area, our experience totally changed. Everyone was suddenly overly accommodating and we had the best views. Our tour guide was kind and informative. We skipped all lines and were with a group of 8 people. They definitely need more staff and signage because it was a madhouse.

The process is remarkably flawed. We purchased at 9am and when arrive was told 640 was the only time which we could not make

Would be better to let you secure a time with reservation. Didn’t get to go because of how many other timed reservations were made. It would help to make that clearer with this booking.
