Unfortunately our reservation was cancelled 48 hrs before scheduled flight for maintenance, so we were unable to find a replacement before departing the island. However, I do appreciate the fact that they called personally rather than just an automated email or message, and they refunded the money promptly.

What an amazing experience! Sam was an excellent pilot and knowledgeable tour guide. Very smooth flight - not what I expected at all. Great scenery and we learned a lot. Highly recommend!

A great experience and easy process! Nothing beats seeing not only the Island but Volcano National Park from the sky!! Our pilot Sam was fun, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel safe. Would recommend and would love to go again!
