Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
Not recommended for pregnant travelers
Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
No expecting mothers (bumpy boat ride is risky for pregnant);
No one who had recent injuries or surgeries, or rehabilitating injury or surgery for the last 6-8 months;
No issues on neck, back, hip, leg, knee or any mobility issues;
No illnesses such as heart conditions, stroke, epilepsy, severe high blood pressure or any severe health conditions;
Minimum of 5 yrs old to participate or to ride the boat;
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver and accompany them on board the boat
Children 15 yrs old and under must have a parent or guardian fly with them
3-person flights are dependent on the wind and passenger weight ratio, and are up to the captain to decide;
All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking; maximum combined weight must not exceed 450 lbs (204 kg)
Swimsuits, sunscreen and closed-toed shoes are recommended
Flights are always tandem or 3-person flight. Triple flight depends on the wind and weight for the Captain to decide.
Juveniles of 15 years or under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian to participate in this activity.
Persons with neurosurgery like heart, brain or spinal cord is Not recommended to participate in this activity
No one who is intoxicated of drug or alcohol;

It was very rough boat ride. Extremely fast. They also collected our life jackets as soon as we completed our sailing . After that the it was a scary , bumpy ride without life jacket. My son was asked to move from one side to the other side of the boat . The boat was going so fast and was tilting on one side. I am still having nightmares. Since they make you sign off on any claim, they are not responsible for any injury or death. So the driver was riding the boat like he did not care. They definitely need to take it slow.Since they book many rides in short time, trying to maximize profit . They are putting passenger safety at risk while rushing back to dock. On top of that they were asking at least 10% of tip. Felt very unsafe .I would definitely stay away from riding with this company..

The parasail boat has to adjust its speed to that of wind condition, if there is strong wind the boat hardly goes forward at all, sometimes it goes backward at a slow rate, then if the wind condition is calm or no wind the boat has to make its own wind by accelerating to only 15-20 mph. I think that maybe you have not rode in many boats and if so not in the open ocean where there is more wave action that might have scared you. The boat must make turns that can be called tacking like that of a sail boat. This is all done by captains that are some of the best in the world with 15-25 years of experience. While to you it might have seemed reckless I can assure you it is not, it is necessary though or you would end up miles away from original location. Once finished parasailing you must take off life jacket to then remove the parasail harness that is worn underneath it so the crew can put the harness on another customer that is preparing to go up. Anyone wishing to put their life jacket back on is welcome to do so. Most people do not for a variety of reasons, I think tan line is one, they want to get a tan and another reason is riding in the boat is already safe so they don’t want to continue wearing the jacket because it’s not very comfortable, they want to feel free in the wind. Unlike your opinion, 99% of customers enjoy the boat ride as well as the parasail ride. Thanks for your opinion though.

It’s our honeymoon and our first time parasailing and Jimmy and Diego made this a really memorable experience! It was so fun! Would definitely recommend this place👍😊

First timers parasailing & it was an awesome experience. Would recommend Hawaiian Parasail. Nice, & friendly staff. They took plenty of photos and offended that at the end to purchase a SD card. It was overall great. We would definitely do this again.
