We had a fantastic day riding the segways around Chicago! The staff was friendly and easygoing, but they made sure everyone was trained and comfortable enough to start riding. We went on paths we'd never been on before as we toured around to various landmarks in the city. It was refreshing and exciting! We took minimal stops for photos, and even a break at food stop on the lake. The best part is that our guide was willing to do what WE wanted, so we could stop for as long or short as we'd like. She even gave us more time than allotted, just so we could hang around at Buckingham Fountain at noon to watch it shoot super high! Such a great family experience! My teens loved it and want to go again.

We decided to do a segway tour when visiting Chicago. None of had done it before. Very fun and a great experience. Great training from our guide Rachel. She was a great tour guide too.

Booked ths for some Irish teens we were showing around Chicago. KC (I think the owner/manager) was amazing with my many changes. I added, then cancelled one, and then added again due to changing schedules on our end. He was gracious and accommodating when most tour operators are not. Mike our tour guide was AWESOME. He wanted us to have a great time, see Chicago from a different perspective, was informative but also you could tell that our safety was his paramount concern. This first time segwayer middle aged woman loved it!!!! It is the best way to see a city and we will now find a segway tour in every city we visit. The day before I recommended them to another family/friend that was coming to Chicago and they loved it too. Many hours after our segway ended and we were on the Chicago river enjoying the architecural tour I got a call from KC saying one of our teens left a backpack. We coordinated a way to get it even after he left and then he even followed up with me after to ensure I was able to get it. 100% authentic customer service. I am now coordinating a girls trip from MKE with 3 friends to do the tour because I had so much fun and none of them have segwayed. I hope you enjoy it, you won't be dissapointed!
