We had a lot of fun with Mike! He was great. He was very responsible with our group, and knowledgeable about the area. He kept us safe showed us some really cool spots. I would recommend to the company owner that the helmets need replacing w non-foam ones that can be cleaned easier.

Mike was a great tour guide! Segways are a unique way to see a city and gather some historical knowledge and notable places to come back and visit!

We arrived 3 minutes late and we were denied entry. The guide was rude and closed the door in our face. It was a very upsetting experience on an otherwise great trip to Chicago.
