The Windjammer didn’t really sail too far and was focused on sailing around the two large Cruise Ships. I’m more disappointed in the fact that TripAdvisor overcharged me. A lady in The Bar Harbor Inn paid $75 for two people and I paid $300 for four. A rip off.

Thank you for your review. Our cruises remain in Frenchman Bay and at times, it can be quite a trick to dodge the other boats. We suggest you present your complaint about the pricing to TripAdvisor for resolution. While we understand your disappointment at being "ripped off," we hope you recognized the value of your cruise as we aim to please our customers.

We took the sunset cruise out of Bar Harbor. My wife helped raise the sails and got a kick out of doing so. Beautiful views of the bay, and a nice presentation. Definitely worth doing.

There was increasing swells and therefore we never left the inner harbor they should’ve told us this we drifted for about 40 minutes until the sunset everybody was kind of bored I felt and they should have done something to improve that.

Thank you for submitting your review. Unfortunately, even with the best meteorological preparation, we cannot always foresee incoming weather. We typically don't inform passengers as it's happening, since they experience it in real time for themselves. We hope you give us another try when the seas are more cooperative.
