Driver was waiting when we arrived and it was great that he was also a tour guide on the way to our hotel.

Was disappointed in limo that arrived, it was tired and out dated and the inside was aged; it defo was not worth money. The driver had gone to the wrong part of airport and I had to ring him; as this was a surprise for my partner it would have been nice to see our name on card for theatre purposes.

Driver was professional and most importantly safe! He was there right on time and easy to locate. I've used other car services in the past - I'll stick with Viator from now on.
