I was so excited to have a limo waiting for us at the airport. We arrived and the driver greeted us at the luggage pickup. It was only 1 guy but 4 of us and 3 suitcases as one of our suitcases was lost by the airline. The driver was only able to handle 1 suitcase and then we had to walk to the back of the parking garage to get into the limo. I thought the limo would have been parked outside of the luggage pickup for easy access. The limo was clean and the driver was nice. We had some issues getting to the hotel such as getting stuck in the exist of the airport and having to back up and get in a different line. Traffic was horrible and cars were darting across the freeway but our driver did a good job avoiding 2 accidents throwing us around in the back of the car.
Driver met us at the door -- no issues or problems. He also offered great tips to see NYC.
The transport was not waiting for us at the airport - we had to make three calls before they finally arrived 25 minutes late. The driver was miserable and the car was dirty. I reported this and received a refund of $22. However the refund is not the point - this was a birthday treat for my sister and was not a treat but a big disappointment.
