Located southeast of Lower Antelope canyon by the gateway town of Page, AZ. The slot canyon is chiseled out by millions of years’ worth of flood erosion and impactful winds on its sandstone, enough to sculpt out the iconic "X" shape that aptly named the canyon. Antelope Canyon X is a relatively new scenic tour and the lesser-known cousin of Upper/Lower Antelope Canyon, which results in fewer visitors, and a less-crowded experience.

Antelope Canyon X is an impressive mixture of both A-shaped and V-shaped slot canyon walls. Antelope Canyon X is one of the deepest sections of the slot canyon, offering amazing photo opportunities. It truly is a great vacation spot for photography and an incredible slot canyon experience.

Nice place but very little explanation from the Guide Non-existent air conditioning in the shuttle aisle where we thought we were dying of heat

It was an impressive experience. The guide did a really great job, you could tell he likes to do that. We wanted to book the lower or upper tour first, but there was nothing left here. Eventually it became the X Tour. I have no comparison, but the tour was worth the money (and cheaper than the other two). You are driven with a 12 seater from the starting point to the canyon. There you descend to the canyon (not strenuous, there are stairs or a path). On site you are a good hour in the canyon, partly in the sun but also a lot in the shade.

Particularly beautiful to visit. Nice guide and friendly people. The visit takes about an hour and a half. Fifteen minutes to the canyons, you stay there for about an hour and 15 minutes back. You will visit 2 canyons that are really worthwhile. Not crazy busy and the guide will be happy to take pictures for you of the company and the canyons.
