This tour operated with a SUV seating one person up front with the driver and three couples in the two passenger rows. Since my husband and I were the last pickup, we were separated all night. Cloudy conditions—no sightings and no offer for a different night. With initial contacts with Rene, had expected more. Would not book with them again. Uncomfortable night, no positives to mention.

It was our last night via AK. Our guide Rennae was generous enough to drive us all the way to find where the good spots for the northern lights . We had fun and we saw glimpses of the said Aurora Borealis. Overall , it was stellar experience . Thank you .

We are so happy we selected this company. Very hard to determine who to go with, so many choices. When conditions are good, even the worst company might seem ok because in the end you got what you expected. It is when things get hard, when the weather and the forces of nature do not cooperate that you can see who is really professional, kind and who cares. And Rene does care. He does a lot. He was flexible enough to change our dates to accommodate a change from another company we booked with, he made everything possible to turn our experience into a happy one. On the chaser tour, after checking many times the weather and the clearing skies indications, we went to 2 absolutely perfect spots to see the aurora. The first one would have been fabulous if the cloud had not been so dense. The second one was in a very quiet area, we were just us 7 (our party of 4, a couple and Rene). Perfect spot if the weather had been on our side. We were persistent and even though the conditions were so bad, we were able to get a glimpse of the aurora. She played with us (with the clouds really) the whole time and surely, we are going to come back to try to see her again. In all of this, Rene has been such a nice guide, caring for us all. We did not meet Aurora that night but were grateful to have met Rene.
