I appreciate the driver’s attempt to find the lights. He was very dedicated. The tour was cut short to about 3 hours long and we saw little lights due to cloud. The three stars is for the value of the tour. Even if we saw more lights there wasn’t any guides or backgrounds being explained. Just sitting in silence looking for lights. No water was provided.

Hi Nahathai, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate your thoughts and value your input. Regarding the itinerary that day, we arranged a private vehicle just for you and your group. During the tour, you chose to return earlier, although the guide suggested staying a bit longer to increase the chances of seeing the lights. As a result, the tour ended about 15 minutes earlier than planned. Due to the extremely cold temperatures that day, we were only able to provide hot water instead of bottled water, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, despite the heavy cloud cover, we were still able to chase the aurora and provide you with the opportunity to experience it. We will certainly take your feedback into account to enhance our future tours, ensuring a better experience for all our guests

Michael was very professional. He took us to different viewing spots that were quiet and free from other vehicles—just us and the Auroras. He took stunning photos of us with the northern lights, and I absolutely loved them. He also helped me set up my camera, which was really helpful.

Our guide was awwwwwwwwwesome. Very friendly, loves doing what he’s doing, and great at chasing and finding the auroras. We drove to various places, and 2 of them had wonderful light displays. The excursion was scheduled for 4 hours, but we spent longer, closer to 5 hrs, because the second light show lasted so long. He set up a tripod and camera at each site and gladly took multiple pictures of each person or couple as the light shows changed. He will get us copies of his pictures. He helped us set up our iPhones to optimize our pictures that we took. I also had a digital 35mm camera, but was not able to match my iPhone pictures on this trip. He showed us pictures from similar outings. He was fun to talk to, with his enthusiasm. We had a great time despite spending a lot of time taking pictures in 6 degrees F with winds 6-12 mph. When not taking pictures, we all spent time in the van talking. He offered snacks to us, and there was a bathroom in the van.
