All of our guides have individual and unique ties to the Amish community and have always enjoyed showing off the “true” Lancaster County. This rich, immersive experience is personally designed to give you a rare window into the authentic Amish culture. Every meal is an amazing experience!

* Vegetarian meals are available.
* Please note this tour is not confirmed until we secure an Amish Family host.
* The PA Department of Agriculture requires us to inform you in advance that these meals are prepared in private homes, which are not licensed or inspected.
* Please dress respectfully and adhere to their preferences to not photograph their faces.

It’s was the best vacation in the world . The owners is nice and friendly. This vacation I recommend it to everybody. Voice is so nice and very amazing. The people here are so nice and friendly and the neighbours who is Amish. The house is cozy beautiful.

The tour was filled with new-to-us information about the Amish Community and its history. The earpieces made it easy to hear the guide. The meal was delicious and plentiful. I was expecting to go into an Amish home for lunch, but we dined in a room above a barn, which was very nice but felt like any other events venue--not an authentic Amish home as promised.

Thanks for the thoughtful review. We appreciate that you gave honest and well considered, balanced feedback. Some of our Amish hosts do sometimes have the meals in their church rooms, which is sometimes of interest to our guests and is an authentic part of our culture. We're sorry that having the meal there rather than inside the home did not meet your expectations.
