The Big Bus Tour was great for touring the downtown area, especially if you sit in the open air section on top. The only problem we had was that the bus stops aren't always clearly marked where the line should begin. This wasn't really a problem until we wanted to board the bus at Navy Pier. We went to the bus stop and everyone kind of formed a loose line where we thought the bus stop should be. After waiting there for about 20 minutes, a Big Bus employee came over and said that we should form a line behind her. This resulted in people who had just gotten there rushing to the front of the line and those of us who had been waiting ending up further back. So after waiting approximately 30 minutes, the bus arrives and literally the couple in front of us are the last to board which meant that we had to wait another 40 minutes for the next bus to arrive. Not happy! I strongly suggest that Big Bus Tours put up sign clearly signifying where the line should begin so that people who have been waiting longest for the bus are the first to board. Next time, I'll just use Uber or a taxi.
