Bongi our tour guide was personable and full of information. Bianca's bus driving skills were simply amazing. My tour was first thing in the morning so bus was not crowded and temperature in the open air was comfortable. Very enjoyable.

Arrived at 7.10 for the 7.30 night bus, the only one listed on their app. There were three busses waiting for a long line of guests and one bus already full. After a wait eventually the first bus drove off, and the second bus was loaded. One driver just continuously moaned and moaned that there were too many people and she did not want to do two loops, just sounded like she had a chip on her shoulder. At 7.45 the second bus still has not left. I asked what was happening to be told that this was the 7.30 bus and the driver had gone to the washroom...the driver knew he was driving so go use the wash room first...don’t keep people waiting. The daytime trips are good, however the busses are not always to schedule. Semi recommended, but pitch up early for the night bus...

We normally only have 2 departing time of 7:30 and 8:00, but if there is alot of customers we do send out extra buses to accommodate. Our drivers should never at any time complain in front of our guest and we apologize that you had to witness such behavior. We will take all the information submitted to us it as a training guide to better organize our services. We do hope that if you return to Chicago you decide to hop on with us again. Bought a combo ticket with Sky Deck and Chicago Architecture Center. Online ticket purchase was unclear that the bus ticket would be good for 3 days and the CAC for 2. Day 1 was cloudy to start and turned into a deluge by early afternoon. Big Bus provided rain ponchos til they ran out and we stayed with it til we had a chance to get off in a heavier downpour. Guide was upbeat despite the weather. Next day we repeated the whole circuit when we could actually look around. The hop on hop off makes it easy to take more time to explore if you like.
