we took the tour and hopped off half way then hopped back on and unluckily for us we had the same tour guide and bus.... the tour guide was a jerk and insulting and the bottom half of the bus had no air condition.... so we got off at the next stop to hopefully have a better more friendly tour guide and hopefully have some a/c in this 90*+ weather

This is no way for members of our team to act towards customers and we are sorry you had to witness such behavior. Unfortunately all of our buses are not fully equipped with air conditioning and this is something that we are constantly trying to improve. Decided to see Chicago via the Big Bus Tours. We had a great time taking in the sights and Liam’s excellent commentary and James safe and careful driving. Enjoyed ourself at Navy Pier and stopped off at Milennium park to see the Bean or Cloud Gate. Great way to see the city.

First Visit to Chicago. This was the best way to see the city. We were able to get to different parts. Such as the Sears Tower, Navy Pier. The guides explained the various sights. Excellent experience!!!
