This hop on/off was GREAT!!!! Definitely download the app to plan stops & see in real time when a bus is on it’s way 👍🏻 All tour guides had great local knowledge but shout out to Ian (& Ben) in particular for their hilarity 😂

our tour guide liam was so funny. he had a comment for every little thing. my family and i had hopped on and off a couple times but no other guide made us laugh like him. he had stories and knowledge only a true fanatic of the city would know. we planned on getting off at a certain stop but we abandoned that because we wanted to hear what else he had to say! his anecdotes and enthusiasm brought a new light to the city. i hope hes doing well off somewhere in life. one of the best entertainers ive ever seen.

We did this tour last Friday on July 5th. There were too many people for the amount of seats. We didn't want to get off because there were a lot of people waiting that were not getting on because of the lack of seats. We finally got off at Navy Pier. When we went to get back on we waited for about a half hour in the scourching heat. We finally left and ended up walking back to our hotel and never completed the tour. Good thing our hotel was only a mile. We didn't get on until about 11am. I would recommend getting on early in the morning to avoid the crowds on busy days.

We would like to apologize for your recent experience and are sorry to hear that you were less than satisfied with the timing of the buses as well as seating availability. We do agree that it is unacceptable to wait for long periods of time and again we do apologize. We try our best to navigate the traffic and maintain our time, so that customers will have the opportunity to hop off and allow others to hop on with ease, although sometimes things happen along the way that may tie a bus up and it is out of our direct control.
