Good tour but waited ‘til 09.10 on 0807 -further 13 minutes for new passengers to buy tickets -no apologies -Lance was the guide We were hoping to get to the sky deck for 09.10 but nearer 09.30 Other guides James & Anna very good Great way to get around Would recommend but don’t rely on times

We thought this would expedite our Chicago sightseeing while providing some historical background. Although we were told that the buses come by every 15 minutes- we waited on average 45 minutes at several stops. The tour guide was personable but provided very little information other than they were part of a service industry and relied on tips. Towards the end of the afternoon the buses were packed. Those of us fortunate to be standing in the aisles just shook our heads in pity when the driver would tell the large group waiting at another bus stop that another bus would be there in 15 minutes.
