Rude driver. Summer in Chicago. No AC. Wouldn’t let anyone crack a window. Drivers name: Evertt. He said if “we wanted air we should’ve got on a different bus.” I was with my 80 year old mother. I got off and walked. Wasted every penny I paid for this

Friends and family had greatly recommended the tour bus as the best way of seeing chi Town, and I wasn't disappointed. Had a really good time viewing the city

Not impressed with the route. Expected to go to old town, Polish, China town, etc. Recording and driver talking over each other. Hard to understand.
