Bus was okay. There was no instructions for the audio no anyone advising to grab any headphones so we didn’t even know any were provided. The buses also end too soon. Why is it ending at 5 pm on a summer day. It just made it more difficult to get around. Play the buses did not run every 15 minutes. They were actually pretty unpredictable

This bus ride does not have person talking live about the sites on this tour. We were given earbuds and most of the speakers did not work on the upper deck. We were expecting the heat but at most of the stops there seems to be confusion with allowing new people on the bus and the ones waiting were literally burning up. We did other tours that were not as expensive and this was very disappointing. The lady at the ticket booth by the Tilt tour was nice but after that we didn’t have anything special to occur as far as interactions for people touring Chicago for the first time. If you want to just get a ride cheaper that Uber to the sites for 24 hours then this pass could be for you. If not don’t waste your money. That’s my opinion.
