Brandon was the best tour guide! He was funny and personable and made the tour of the city that much better! The manager Bungy was also so nice and was able to help me get to the next bus. The ride overall is 2 hours if you dont hop off. They stop at all the tourist spots and run every hour. It was one of the highlights of my trip.

My husband and I went to Chicago for our anniversary in January. We thought riding the hop on hop off tour bus would be a good way to see the sights since we used a similar one in Washington DC and it went very well. What a mistake!!! We rode the bus from Millennium park to the next stop. When we wanted to get back on the bus they were nowhere around. I checked the app map and only one bus was actually on the route. It was a Saturday at noon! We ended up Ubering to our next spot- then we tried again to get on the bus. The bus was there but there was no bus driver! 2 girls on the bus said he was gone and wouldn’t be back for 30 minutes!!! This tour was a total waste of money!!! We should of saved our money and just paid to Uber where we wanted to go!!! Which is what we ended doing!!! So disappointing!!!

Hello Unfortunately, this was the worst experience for both my party and the other 4 couples. I have used other hop on hop off tours in New York, Boston, San Francisco and Philadelphia. The guide appeared to be rushed and didn’t explain the stops. We paid a total of 454.00 dollars for a guide to say “look left here is the pier”. One complete sentence. The driver was extremely fast , texting on his phone between stops and twice swerved from lanes. As all parties in our group work for the civil service - we found this completely unacceptable and dangerous, lastly the bus driver didn’t say one word during the last 4 stops. Not one single word. Sorry, I am not a complainer, but I will never use this service again. We travel to New Orleans, Seattle and Washington DC in the next 3-5 months and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
