The driver was very helpful and we had an excellent time. The bus took us to all the local attractions in Chicago and the driver helped us with our decision on where to stop and get off He also told us where we need to go to get back on the bus it was very very helpful and we had a great time. I highly recommend this tour. was traveling with my family and we had no problems getting back on and off the bus

Waited 25 minutes on the bus to leave from the first stop. The pre-recorded tour guide voices were terribly annoying. The personal tour is what I look forward to the most. The driver did not time the recordings to the sights, so they talked about things we had already passed. If we chose to sit inside downstairs you can't see clearly out of the windows because they are wrapped. Over all, a very poor experience.

The stops are hard to locate. I did not find the one for which I was looking on one day. But the next day I searched for a stop that was close to my hotel and lucked up when I saw the sign by a curb. The tour takes you all around to key tourist spots in and around downtown Chicago. The ability to get on and off any number of 12 stops for 1-fare is a bargain.
