Ridiculous wait times. Stops not marked. Rude drivers. Never answered calls nor texts until the next day (too late)

Very easy to hop in and off. There are many things to look at during each stop, purchase a 2 day pass if you have the time.

Very complete tour of the loop however we had a hard time identifying where the stop was - no signage . Called customer service for guidance which we didn’t get . Used the app to communicate with tour guide did not receive a response. Once we did find stop and boarded to bus the driver was very rude.
