Ending up getting on the uptown bus at the end of the day by accident and ending up far away from our hotel when bus driver said it was the end of the line. We were not the only ones herded to wrong bus

The Downtown tour is good to see all the attractions but even early in the morning a lot of music filler is used. New York is a large old town more attention needs to be paid to the information given and less music. Too much is better than not enough! The second line is ridiculous it has a much longer time between busses and no where near enough information about the city so way too much music! Overall the downtown line is interesting just needs more information on areas so less music and the second line needs significantly more information so we hear less music and it could also be serviced more so it is more convenient!

The most memorable part of our trip was when the trip was when the trip was over. We have Dunn hop on hop off in cities. All of the world’s was the absolute worst one we’ve ever been on. The narrators were in not professional in anyway. They sounded like a couple of teenagers hanging out at a party. There was very little commentary on what we were saying, and a whole lot of unrelated music and their jabbering. It really wasn’t totally dissatisfying experience.
