I went there with my 2 sons (16 and 14). It was a wonderful experience for the 3 of us. We only spent 5 days in New York, but used every minute we had, so this hop-on hop-off bus was ideal. It was a dream vacation. If possible we go back sometime

Failed to stop at designated stop to let off, bus stops poorly signed, no interaction by driver, quality of audio poor, no details given over change of route, aggressive selling by street sellers, no kiosk or store to discuss options and misleading information over app offers.

Watch how busy downtown traffic is. Greatly affects time. Buses were caught off guard by street closures. We spent over 2 hrs on bus hardly moving. We had to get back to hotel to prepare to go out for a musical. Almost missed the beginning. We used so much time in our short trip on the bus.
