Black Tie delivers your gear at a time that’s convenient for you and does a custom fitting in your hotel room, condo or vacation home. They carry top of the line demo-level equipment for all ability levels. If you need any support during your trip, they are always a phone call away and can meet you on the slopes or back at your accommodations. Returns are just as convenient and easy as delivery. When you are finished with your rentals, they come back to your lodging and retrieve the equipment with no need to intrude on your dining or travel plans. Arriving to Big Sky from overseas, the crew at Black Tie were waiting for us with awesome gear ready for fitting. The service was perfect. When we arrived to our hotel everything was waiting for us and when we departed, we just left everything for the Black Tie team to collect. Couldn't have been easier unless they carried our skis from the hotel to the chairlift every morning. (Something to think about :) Moreover, since this was our first time at Big Sky, the team from Black Tie gave us all resort maps and highlighted the best runs for our given skill levels and then told us the best places to eat and enjoy the apres ski. They were so full of local knowledge, i wanted to bring them skiing with us to be our personal ski butlers. Highly recommend!

We use Black Tie every time we travel to Big Sky. They are incredibly accommodating, making switch outs and changes for no additional charge. We set up delivery for when we arrive and then leave the skis out for pickup. It couldn't be easier and the staff is fantastic.

Black Tie is definitely the way to go! Delivery of the equipment is always prompt and timely and the communication is excellent. Nicole in Big Sky did a great job this year. Boot fitting is very important and they are always willing to get it right so everyone has the most pleasurable ski experience possible. If anything needs adjusted, just give them a call and they will meet you....even on the slopes. Great service....highly recommend for ease, convenience, and professionalism. Avoid those hectic lines and crowded environments at the Mountain Village rental shops.
