Horrible experience. We unluckly bought tickets for a rainy day. Most of the day the rides were closed, unitil 3pm the only thing I was able to do was watch a bad ice skating show that was the ONLY thing we could do. Then they closed the park 2 hours earlier with no previous announcement in any website. We barely got to go on any rides, the food is horribly expensive to the point I almost chose to not eat, they are not prepared at all for bad weather situations. What pisses me off the most is that there was NO rain at night, I really don't know why they closed the park so early. In these cases they usually give you a free ticket due to their weather policy but mind you, I'm from Brazil, what am I going to do with free tickets that only last for a year? I want at least part of my money back. Horribme experience, I don't think I'm ever going back. So much worth it to go to an Orlando park like Disney or Universal and pay a little bit more. Because the money spent at bush gardens is just waste.

I used to love coming to Busch Gardens... I hadn't been in a few years but decided it would be fun to get four Platinum passes to enjoy with my family. It was better than paying almost 400 for one day, right? Well, either way, my money was wasted big time. Most of the rides were shut down, even in Sesame Street, the swings weren't running... Montu, Shiekra, Gawzi, Congo River were just a few to name. It felt like everywhere we went there was a sign that an attraction was closed. The prices in the park were horrendous. Food cost me 75 for four people getting the bare minimum at Chik fil a... insane. There was barely any staff around to ask directions... and everyone was just so confused and miserable. The only ride my threw year old had a genuinely good time on was the Rollercoaster at Sesame Street which is where we ended up spending most of our time. That'd be fine if I didn't also have a tall 11 year old who was too tall for the rides there. I feel I wasted my money on VIP for a bad experience. And Hallow Scream isn't included in a Platinum Pass? Very disappointing.

Having done all the Orlando theme parks decided to go to Busch Gardens. Bought the dining ticket so pretty expensive. The whole place looks run down and in need of renovation. Many of the animal enclosures were closed citing renovations but those that were open had very few animals - 1 elephant, lion, 2 hyenas, etc. The food halls were horrendous with massive queues so by the time you waited and actually got your hot food you then had another queue to pay or show your pass so by the time you sat down the food was cold. Very disappointing considering the huge expense of the tickets.
