Way too expensive for an outdated park. Terrible traffic management, rundown appearance, bad part of town. I Cost $100 for lunch for a family of 4, above average rides but not worth the rest of it.

This park is unorganised, severely understaffed, and plagued by technical issues. The majority of our time at the park was spent waiting in line - first there was 45 minutes to park, an hour to wait to get through the main gate despite having purchased tickets in advance (there was no signage anywhere, few staff people to tell people what to do, 1 security staff person to try and monitor all the line cutting), an hour for food at the Smokehouse, we gave up on the line at the Coaster Coffee to get a Starbucks drink, three times we were in line at coasters to have them shut down due to technical issues, the only rides we did manage to make it on both had hour long waits.. All told, we arrived outside the park entrance to park at 10:30 am (they didn’t open until 10 am) and left at closing at 7:00 pm and we ate one very nice overpriced meal, road the train and 2 coasters, and saw some animals (and honestly we’ve seen much better habitats and animal variety at high quality zoos). Not at all worth it and we will not be going back!

Busch Gardens should be providing more for the money! Bought tickets online. Arrived just before opening. Took 45 minutes to get through entrance. No personnel to stop line cutting before entrance. Long waits for rides. Long waits for food (had all day dining ticket but waited 45 minutes in line for food). Cleanliness was not their priority. Rides were good, once you got to them. Would recommend alternative theme park.
