The company you contacted with failed to produce the ebike I signed up for. They required me to pay separately for a different bike. I need a refund.

I love the electric bike because we scooted around all of Central Park, even the steep hills, with little extra effort Got a slight work out and saw all we wanted The city has great bike lanes too so getting into the hustle and bustle was no problem We went for 3 hours and it was just enough time
