Overall the experience was good. With that said, we were one of the last groups to be called to the buffet. When we got there, there was very little food available. The staff did restock the buffet as we waited but it really hurt the experience. My recommendation moving forward is to make sure the food is properly stocked before calling a group forward. The service on the boat outside of that situation was very good.

There was no pier number on the reservation. i contacted the cruise operator through the website asking for information and received nothing. We arrived 30 minutes prior to departure but the staff at the pier had no idea where the boat was located either after viewing the ticket. They sent us up and down the pier trying to locate the boat. We wound up missing the cruise. I called to speak with someone and was told that there was nothing that could be done. I have used Viator numerous times and the interaction that I received has caused me to think twice about using them again.
