Please arrive at the boarding location at least 30 minutes before your scheduled cruise time. The tour will begin promptly.

The DJ and the service were excellent. The food was at best marginal. It was mostly overcooked and inedible.

My goodness the staff was amazing. I went for my cousins birthday and Reema was ABSOLUTELY the best. She is one of the hardest working employees for City Cruise. She deserves to be appreciated and valued in mighty way. Mr. Danny was a wonderful representation of excellence and it was demonstrated through every member on this 12:30 July 18 lunch ship. The food presentation was beautifully displayed and the staff took great pride in serving. Ms. Tee, Ms. Artistha, and Corey were soooo kind and attentive to our every need. Last but not least DJ Alvin did his thang on the mixer with music. He had a great selection for all styles. Catch him at the Blackhawks games as well. He is the best. Let the dock workers know that it is okay to smile and be friendly, because every else is supppppper friendly and nice. Don’t forget the dock workers (white sailor uniforms) are the first impression of the ship. Michael was the only dock worker that greeted us with a smile. We will be back thank you Reema you are the BOMB.COM😀😀.

Good music, good food, good service, beautiful skyline, good people to party with, good vibes ❤️ My only issue was there are so many tables & chairs pushed together that each time someone wanted to move from their seat I had to stand up & move my chair so they could leave their table. This happened often because it’s a buffet & a very full cruise. That was not cool.
