It was our first time in Chicago. When we got to the pier we had a little trouble finding the pick up location and when we contacted the tour guid through the app we didn’t get a response and ended up be left and missing out completely

This was my first and last time on this boat. The tables were so close together. The music was so loud made conversation impossible. I had to keep getting up every 5 minutes for the table that was blocked in and the waiters.
