The original food tour of Little Italy and Chinatown since 2009 explores the tastes and history of two diverse NYC neighborhoods. This woman owned and operated business ensures that animated and friendly guides allow their guests to learn these neighborhoods through fascinating historical stories and culinary delights. There are 2-3 seated tastings and 5-6 on-the-go tastings to ensure that you explore both neighborhoods in 3 hours. We can accommodate guests who are vegetarian and gluten free. Water, tea and a choice of wine or beer is included.

The delicious food tastings range from delicious dumplings to a sit-down authentic Italian meal. For guests 21 and up there will be an option to have a glass of wine at the seated tasting.

One leaves this tour fully satisfied, along with a new found confidence in navigating the neighborhoods with a provided recommendation list in hand. This tour is a must if you're a local or visitor looking to get off-the-beaten path and taste amazing foods.

Great tour of Chinatown and Little Italy. Really enjoyed all the history and the bites of what were clearly the "go to places" in the area. You are standing most of the time during the tour- the area was very busy given it was lunch hour on a holiday weekend- but our guide navigated that well and we all had a great time. I would recommend.

Thank you for your review, so glad you enjoyed the history and tastings. Regarding seating, we have seating arranged twice for twenty-minute intervals and then usually at least another 10 minutes at some point throughout the walking tour. We appreciate your kind words and recommendation.

I took my 15-year old daughter to NYC for her first time and I’ve traveled to NYC hundreds of times for work but never have experienced Little Italy or Chinatown. I booked this tour and was really excited for this adventure! Liz was our tour guide and all of my expectations were met and then some! It was, by far, the best way to learn about those two neighborhoods and taste the different authentic cuisines. I highly recommend!

If I could give this 6 stars I would. Mariana, our guide, was incredible - friendly and SO knowledgable. The food was delicious and my favorite part was learning about the history of the neighborhoods. It was a great family activity to do with older kids/teens.
