City Climb participants must meet the following restrictions or they will be denied entry: Age: 13+; Height: 4.9ft - 6.7ft; Maximum Weight: 310lbs; Cannot be under the influence of alcohol. Climbers aged 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Climbers must be able to speak and understand English.

We had a great team (Wilbur and Bueno) guiding us to the climb. It was an excellent experience! Highly recommend when visiting The Edge!

The experience was great! However the voucher stated picture/videos were included. That wasn’t true.

Good climb but by far the most chaotic and unmanaged cluster f bomb you can imagine. Starting with the most unorganized check in. Followed by the most incWas told the photos were 20 and could be purchased after….turns out they were 40 after. Paid it since Maria t the photo place wa the least helpful person in New York. Did the climb at 12:45….no photos at 2 so spoke to Natalie the photo manager…told to come back in 1 hour….it is now 430. No resolution on the photos….they won’t let us back in to speak to Natalie. Told to go to the front desk…that was conveniently closed. Different manager spoke to us and yell at us…told us to F…off. By far the most unnecessarily stressful experience. With staff that clearly don’t know what they are doing!
