A kayak safari with our very comfortable and stable kayaks is an excellent way to see the Everglades up close with a guide leading the way. Our Biologist Trained Guides/ Florida Naturalists are the top in their field and truly have a genuine passion for conservation and showing our guests this amazing area. These mangrove tunnels are truly special and different then those in nearby Marco and Naples; holding more wildlife and biodiversity. Once you get back from the trip there are some great nearby places to get lunch and other activities that our guide will point out. A percentage of every tour goes towards the conservation of these amazing areas! Paddling with us is like paddling with friends who truly care.

Amazing event and service! If you have found this post, you probably know that there are plenty of companies to choose from for a kayak tour. Only a certain number of licenses are granted for specific launch spots, so there is friendly competition for them. Although I can’t compare the other companies, I can say that we were extremely happy with Shurr Adventures. My wife and I already have a good history with kayaking, but our guide, Evan, was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. He took care of everything. The sunrise event is great for those, like us, that want less sun along with beautiful skies, gators, birds, and those mangroves. I highly recommend this company and would book with them again in a heartbeat!

We had a great morning adventure kayaking with our guide Trey. We saw many alligators, turtles, and birds. Trey was really knowledgeable and fun to travel with. We will definitely be down to do another kayaking trip with Shurr adventures!

We had a wonderful morning with Shurr adventures on a 3 hour kayak tour of the mangroves. We met at Turner River Canoe Launch since we were camping nearby. They met us on time with about 10 more guests and 2 guides. We rented two double kayaks for 2 adults and 2 kids. The guides were very knowledgable and we learned a lot about birds, the alligators, the history, and the other animals. About halfway through, the guides split us up based on ability, and some guests paddled faster while some went very slowly. It was definitely manageable for someone without any experience.
