This was one for the books!! We had the best tour guide Kyle!! As we where getting in the river he made us feel comfortable and safe as we rafted down the 4+ rapids guiding us and twirling thru the river I would recommend this trip to everyone!! I definitely would do this trip again and would always recommend the full trip as the lower river didn’t have the intense fun rapids the top had. Lunch was perfect sandwiches wraps shrimp chips cookies watermelon couldn’t ask for a better day. Definitely ask for Kyle for your rafting guid he was the best

Christian was great! First time doing full day but well worth it! Highly recommend full or half day with Cherokee rafting.

As a group of four, we did a full whitewater trip with Cherokee Rafting. Peyton and his wife Christian were our guides and they were wonderful! Peyton was super cautious but also allowed us to have a great time. We totally lucked out on weather, a beautiful 80 degree day with sun (June 2022). A few take always: You can’t take anything on the river so don’t worry about investing in a waterproof bag. Hydrate & sunblock before you go! If you’re scared like I was, rest easy knowing your guide will take care of you. Overall, we would definitely do this again!
