The day started a bit confusing, with changing coaches etc, but it just got better! The coach driver was informative and amusing, the helicopter was awesome and the boat trip was fantastic. We are so glad we picked this trip..we had a brilliant time and a once in a lifetime experience...thank you !
Great day, sadley due to bad weather we didnt get to do the helicopter flight but was given an instant refund, a must do trip *****
This is a very commercial operation that drains your day but doesn't give you enough time to enjoy the things you're really there to see. The breakfast provided was substandard and served by some of the saddest people I have ever seen. The bus driver was fantastic, but the "luxury bus" promised was not really so. For the last hour, we also had to transfer onto older buses that are so dusty that whenever the bus went over a bump (on the dirt road), a shower of the brown stuff would fall from the ceiling panels. The many attractions we were brought to had long wait times and so when we were at each attraction, there was actually very little time to enjoy the place properly. As we took the Boat, Helicopter and Skywalk option, we had no time at all to even go catch a glimpse of the ranch at the Grand Canyon reserve. Overall, this tour will let you see a bit of each but for those looking for a more authentic and relaxed experience, I would recommend doing some more research and exploring tour options with small tour groups (20 max), less activities, and perhaps flying from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon to save time (you can see the landscape when you arrive).
