i had a great time at he Hard Rock due to my server being so wonderful. I was already having a bad day and Lanita took great care of me. She know how to hold a conversation whiles being very professional and charming. Her energy and spirit it great. HIGHLY Recommend asking for her. This was not my first time at Hard Rock but this was my most enjoyable time.

Food was great and the service was good.. until the bill- our server Lanita was lovely, till we paid. She gave us a “discount” then demanded we pay her more tip as we were $10 short, however we had tipped her the full 25%, she also picked up more cash one of our party had taken out of their wallet and conveniently forgot the over $100 we had paid on card. When challenged she was defensive and made a huge show of counting the cash, all the while clutching to one side the handful of cash she had taken from one of our party off the table. Even after this embarrassing charade she still made off with about a 35% tip (over $60!). Watch out!

Loved the location and decor of this place - the memorabilia they have is really cool and we liked the setting for the meal. The food was nice, but not outstanding given the prices. Worth a visit for a meal if you're into the music, like we are!
