We went here for my husbands 50th Birthday meal as the kids wanted to try it and we thought as we were in New York why not !! but it was not for us, I e-mailed them in advance to ask if they could provide a cake or something ( i was willing to pay ) no reply, when we arrived at our table the gentleman shown me the reservation form which did have the birthday request on and said he would leave it on the table for the waitress to see so she can arrange a dessert for his birthday, she did not notice it so I handed it to her, great I thought !! No she took our order 4 burgers 4 cokes and then came back to clear the table, I was waiting for her to ask if we wanted dessert, but she did'nt so I asked for the bill £118.00 + tip expensive Mcdonalds. The food was not the best, small portions and not much better than Mcdonalds We have sampled it now and would not go back to another one again, no atmosphere it was boring

We stopped in to get out of the cold on a recent very chilly December night on our way to see the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center. It was really crowded in the bar area but fortunately, two people were closing out at the bar as we were debating whether to try and get a table or go somewhere else. We chatted with the bartender and the people near us and watched some football on the TVs above the bar. There were music videos playing in the larger dining area down below and it was a little loud but not so loud that you couldn't have a conversation which is nice!

Awful place with awful and rude staff! The front of house staff, who clearly have not had the correct advise, therefore did not have a clue, told us to sit anywhere only to to removed from the seating area by the waiting staff!! Overrated and under trained with no people skills.
