We had a reservation for my daughters Birthday. We were looking forward to the special meal. The restaurant was too busy it was like a cattle market. When our food arrived it was cold. We asked for 2 of our meals to be warmed up. When the food returned the fries were still cold and soggy. We were disappointed with the whole experience. There are so many restaurants to choose from in Manhattan and we won’t be returning to Hard Rick Cafe. .

The restaurant is wonderful. There is a huge amount of available seating and is wheelchair accessible via the shop. This is the only thing that let the place down. You had to go through the shop to what is a staff/stock area behind a curtain. After dinner when we came up it was blocked by empty cardboard boxes. A member of staff sat on his phone watching as I moved them myself. If it wasnt for this I'd have given top marks. There is a large variety of drinks, many of which let you keep the glass. Especially cool are the cocktail glasses as they each have the name of the cocktail so you could collect. I had the Big Cheeseburger, which was delicious and my father had the ribs. He loved them, and hes fussy with ribs. The portion size of the ribs is huge so he ended up wasting some; why do restaurants in the States have to do such vast portions.

Gather round folks, we have a lot to talk about here. We're in the greatest city ever, NEW YORK! And we're hungry after a day of sightseeing, walking and soaking it all in! Why not just tip the scales to full OMG and visit the Hard Rock located right in Times Square?! Not only will you get your fill of reasonably priced, and good and ample food, but you'll also be privy to some amazing rock memorabilia. Not to mention the physical layout and design of the space is pretty incredible. Also designed to host live events, the seating options are quite varied - so if you have a particular area you would like to sit in, make sure to call ahead for reservations. Our party of 7 was a last minute walk-up, and they were still able to accommodate us which was much appreciated. Make sure to visit the gift shop which has a large variety of clothing and swag sure to fit everyone's budget. This Hard Rock location was very kid friendly, and we were able to get in and out before anyone got too restless, which is always a plus. If you're looking for something at the end of the day that will have the standards for the kids, and the rest of the family, in a reasonable price range, and you have a few minutes to check out some of the incredible displays, the Hard Rock New York Times Square is a great dining option!
