As time goes by, I am starting to think that HRC is losing the quality one time had. I used to really love eating at any HRC in the world, even collect t-shirts but is definetely not the same as years ago. I cannot say I had a bad experience but it did not blow my mind either, in all aspects. We went for lunch at about 4pm, the place was almost empty, still they wanted to give us a tiny table super close to other people, instead of, being flexible and given that the 80% of the tables were empty, put us at a more comfortable spot... The food was ok... just ok, had a Caesar Salad and it was nothing special, just a normal basic caesar I could make at home. The waiter was nice, and polite and friendly but came to the table way too many times to ask if everything was fine... At least 6 times, that is really too much, I was eating slowly as we were talking and one of the times he came again to ask if everything was fine, he even asked me if I was done.... while almost half my dish was still on the plate.... That was a bit uncomfortable to be honest, looked like he was rushing us all the time and did not appreciate that, not sure if he was new and really wanted to check on us to make sure everything was fine, or he wanted to rush us up to finish as he was finishing the shift and wanted to take the tip home.. I guess I will never know the real reason for this.... I will still come back to any HRC I find when I travel as I like it a lot, just need to say, is just not the same as before.
