Excellent location in time square. Large selection of clothing. Kind and attentive service only from female staff. Correct prices.

Pretty good meal, even if the Hard Rock Café is essentially based on a reputation acquired a long time ago. It's definitely not our best meal of the trip. Also, my partner who finds himself alone surrounded by 3 servers in the back kitchen in order to force him to give a tip, is this a normal custom? I won't set foot there again. This is unacceptable behavior.

I was there last Saturday with friends on the weekend of December 3 and when I arrived in Seville I found two charges on my card, one was correct, the other for a higher amount, not applicable, they charged it at lunch time the same day, when I was there at night. I informed my bank, who told me it was a fraud. The waitress, although we insisted on the bill, made us pay at the cashier without first showing us the receipt. The fraudulent amount was higher than what I consumed. It is already in the hands of my bank. New York is a very expensive place and a tip is mandatory and is already included in the amount you pay. I hope it is returned to me. The card is already blocked, because it is clear that they used it without my authorization
