The bus never came we had to buy tickets to a different bus. Personally I think it's set up that way.

Worst experience ever! Bus never showed up. We were at the meeting point early and sat there until 45 min after the pick up schedule and the bus never showed. Reached out to the number provided for the tour operator and didn’t receive a message back until 36 hours later, asking we we were waiting. Do not buy from this company. Would not refund our money either. Go with another reputable hop on and off service. Viator should not be offering service for this company.

We got the run around alot used it waited around for the nxt hop on hop off the lady said it would be back in 15 minutes waited 30 minutes then she said you missed it then it was 45 minutes. So we had to spend money for a taxi.. Honestly I will never do hop on hop off again and Honestly I feel I should get a refund because I got ppl going to New York soon and my recommendation to them use some other transportation because it just was a mess !
