Not a fan! The audio tour was broken. Had to walk to new stop to change to uptown tour and bus was sitting there but marked out of service. We waited a bit then asked and he said we needed to walk to a different stop or wait another 20 minutes for the next bus. We finally just walked to where we were trying to go. Another stop rep was trying to get us on the bus and driver said no even though bus wasn’t full. We had to walk back to another bus. So unorganized.

We arrived on Thanksgiving evening for the night tour—we sat on the bus for 30 minutes with no communication, then got moved to another bus. It was freezing cold, the audio tour never started (the entire trip), when we asked the driver, he said “it must be broken”. The bus had some kind of mechanical issues so the driver had our hazard lights on the entire time, we were going soooo slow because of the mechanical issues and just got honked at by other drivers for 2 hours. It was a total fiasco.

Not what it seems!. A tour that follows the main drag for 10 minutes and then nothing more. This tour is a scam. We boarded at Times Square and followed Broadway to the flat iron building and then skirted all the main attractions after that. We went to a housing project! Under a disused bridge and stopped at the same stop 3 times! When n challenged the driver became verbally aggressive to passengers and walked away! The commentary was not in sync and was replayed over and over with so much music you forgot to were in a tour! The fondly party of the tour was spent on an highway of sorts behind the main streets! I've booked two days so we could take in all of the attractions but as we don't pass close to any of them I have to make other arrangements. Disappointed 😞
