This tour was poorly organized. There’s no set time for the bus to arrive, so we were stuck waiting for 45 minutes. Then the tour isn’t guided. The ear piece they give you is basically for elevator music. There’s no one to tell you what exactly you’re driving past. I would advise not hopping off the bus because there’s no telling when the next one will arrive. You are better off using Top View Tours

The bus never arrived. We tried calling several times, nobody answers the phone. Left several messages. No response. We ended buying another tour with a different tour company, who were amazing. If I could leave zero or negative stars I would. Needless to say, we will be seeking a full refund via our credit card company. Do not purchase!

This was the worse experience with iconic tours, driver took over an hour to pick everyone up, No tour guide literally just being driven around, headphones provided only played music, driver was extra rude and did not drop us off at the spot we were picked up from, which was no where near Times Square.
