We saw around 10 rays this time! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, told us everything we needed to know about the rays and kept eyes on us, so we felt completely safe! We did have wetsuits, but waters were warmer than I expected so it wasn’t necessary to have. We also booked last-minute and things were fine. Recommendations: 1. Use your phone instead of one of those disposable cameras! Buy the $5 “Onn Universal waterproof bag” from Walmart and shoot videos from your phone. This bag was great and left our phones dry. 2. Be careful if you get seasick because the bobbing in the water can cause nausea. 3. I recommend this company since they took care of us well and gave us a good 25 minutes in the water! 25 doesn’t sound like a lot but it is absolutely more than enough once you’re actually in the water. This is a once in a lifetime experience and totally worth the money.

This experience was amazing!!! We took the 7:40 tour and it was perfect, we have seen like 10 rays. Also, the crew was very professional and nice.
