My husband and I have used this service for a few years and can't complain about anything ,
the drivers are wonderful and very helpful, especially the guy who drives the number 618 and took us to the airport on Friday @2.30 pm from radio city apts well done .

Not impressed at all. When we rang up to confirm our transfer two days before the pick up, we were told that we had to walk to a given address of another hotel. We booked collection from our place of stay, but then we had to walk to another hotel. Very unprofessional service and I will never use this company again.

I was picked up earlier than advised at 1.15pm and didnt get to JFK until 3.15. It wasa long journey! !!
