A short wait for shuttle and we were off with 5 others. Traffic terrible but that is NY. It would have been nice for the driver to talk to us and tell us things about where we were and what we were looking/crossing at ie: this is the _________ river or bridge and that building is ________ etc. (since we were all new to NY and all that. Good public relations by filling in the time waiting in traffic I suppose. The driver was good at driving though.

we got to the transport desk and was met by a helpful man who made the phone call for us for our transport to pick us up. was told 20 minutes but was here in 10 minutes. the ride into new york was no problem and we saw the sites and many districts as well. worth every penny and the driver was so polite
