What a wonderful cruise. We saw lots of wildlife in beautiful Prince William Sound. The crew was the best---they knew so much about the area and the wildlife and it was obvious they were happy to share it with us. I learned a lot about the Valdez area. It was a drizzly cloudy day but there was plenty of warm indoor seating on the boat. And the crew encouraged us to come up to the wheelhouse and enjoy their view. My husband I spent quite a bit of time up there talking to the crew and asking them questions. Definitely a highlight of our Alaska vaction. They served a nice lunch as well a bagel snack . Would highly recommend this cruise

Simply one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen in person. A giant chunk of glacier fell off and created a large wave. It was exhilarating. And we saw tons of interesting wildlife on the journey. Stan Stephens company did a great job. Very professional and informative.

The Glacier was very beautiful. The ship was very comfortable and the food was excellent. The captain was very informative and staff were friendly. Our only disappointment was the amount of time we got at the Glacier itself. Our cameras showed 30 minutes at the Glacier. We’ve gone on several Glacier tours and have had much more time at them than this one. The captain was even talking over them while they were calving about how we needed to leave to see the sea lions on the ice nearby. For us, we would have rather had more time in front of the Glacier, the purpose of our visit, than to leave an actively calving Glacier to see sea lions. For us personally, in our opinion, it was a long day to only get 30 minutes in front of the Glacier. We were actually shocked when he said we were leaving as it felt as if we had just gotten there. Overall, a good tour, just not enough glacier time for us in our opinion.
