Elvin the host was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. He made the tour amazing. The drinks were a lil pricey but over all I would do it again on this boat.

I git there at 5:50pm the boat didn't pull off until 6:30om call asked for me to be there 15 minutes early to check in that's the problem I went to all the boats no one new nothing and couldn't help help desk had no one in there and I never took the ride I tried getting in contact with someone because I brought the tickets online but did not get help what can you do I want a refund

Our tour did depart on time, as scheduled, at the planned time. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding, as we did not receive any communication from you about the issue. If you were unable to find the boat, you could have reached out to our office for assistance, and we would have been happy to help. Unfortunately, as the tour left as planned and we did not hear from you, we are unable to offer a refund. We apologize for any confusion and hope this clarifies the situation.
