Have a great time in Atlanta’s thriving foodie scene on an fun walking food tour complete with alcohol/food pairings and eat like a local at well-known establishments and hidden gems. Our small groups of 4-15 guests create an intimate, boutique experience (leave the herding to the farmers!) and get you closer to your entertaining foodie host, restaurant partners and your fellow food enthusiasts. Dine on a mix of Southern classics and cuisine unique to beloved Midtown. The progressive meal is enough for lunch or dinner with the added benefit of learning Atlanta's history and local tidbits that will make you feel more acquainted to Atlanta in a short 3 1/2 hours.

The Peachtree Food Tour is a great start to a visit to Atlanta! Tour guide, John, welcomes you like an old friend and introduces you to great food and Midtown history! My first food tour but definitely not my last! Thanks John!

Hi Kerry! You two will always be part of my Food Tour stories as I share CJ's "suggestion" with all of my tours! He set the hook and then reeled me in! Too funny! But, of course, it was your 20th anniversary and you were much more ready for his "thoughts" than I was! TA Readers: I think I heard CJ suggest that I dress up as a Moon Pie, do the Tour, and leave my guests with lasting memories. My response? "That ain't happening!!!" Please do a food tour in every city you visit...and on the first day possible! It's a great way to maximize your travel experience...particularly if CJ will continue to make more "suggestions"! My best to you both! John

This was a great tour - and the guide was fun & knowledgeable, and most importantly, the food was great! My favorite was Principal Italia. It was a lot of walking for me, so I can't give it a 5, but the experience is wonderful, and I met such friendly, hungry folks. Do it, if you have the chance!

It was quite the community of folks that got along well, grinned a lot, and chowed down on everything put in front of them. I even heard some folks laughing out loud! A lovely afternoon on a blustery Atlanta day! My regret is that I wasn't more adamant about the wheelchair availability! The other guests...and I...could have taken turns and then you would have had an "excellent" experience!! Don't miss out on Food Tour fun! Tell the guide to provide your chariot!! My best always! We had a great experience today in Midtown, learning some delightful history and current events about our very own city...not to mention tasting some marvelous food in the neighborhood! Thank you, John for your eloquent and humorous dialogue as we walked Peachtree St., stopping to enjoy some fabulous cuisine during the afternoon. I highly recommend the tour to locals AND tourists alike for a unique taste of Atlanta.

Hi J.!! TA readers should know that the review above must have been written the moment you got home from my little foodie adventure! Wow! I hadn't even started sorting through the photos from your day in my neighborhood before TA sent me an alert that a review had been posted. You are the best! So...next year...you Birthday Girls should give me a quick buzz when you're planning your outing as who knows how many new restaurants will have opened. We'll do different "tastes and sips" and I'll make up different stories. You three figured out quickly that fact-checking was not practical as my stories are better if you just "believe"! :) My best to all of you!! John
